AlertMedia - Communication solution with fully integrated intelligence that automatically identifies and informs locations about threats emergency events. This systems allows for easy notifcations to be sent to both residents and staff.
RentCafe Yardi Resident Portal - Provides a connected experience for the entire renter journey, streamlining leasing, online payments, and service requests with one login.
TSO Life - Offers integrated activity planning with recommendations based on resident profiles, friend-matching, newsletters, calendars, digital signage, and a resident/family engagement mobile app.
eMenuChoice Dining - Encourages staff to promote a better dining experience, so residents feel safe, empowered, and known. Profile images, special diet information, and meal plan balances are displayed prominently to reduce mistakes and break down communication barriers allowing for a more seamless and enjoyable mealtime experience for everyone.
Robotics - In 2026, we will be introducing cleaning robots to provide thorough, safe, and effecient cleaning of common areas in the buildings. This advanced cleaning technology allows for more consistent cleaning and improves the health and well-being of residents. With the help of cleaning robots, housekeeping can provide more personal attention to residents.
