Harmony Senior Services is thrilled to announce the appointment of Traci Taylor-Roberts as its new Chief Executive Officer. With 25 years of experience in senior living, home health, and hospice care, Taylor-Roberts brings a wealth of strategic leadership to her new role, centered on enhancing the well-being of residents.

Before her role at Harmony, Taylor-Roberts served as President of Sodalis Senior Living and has an impressive history of senior leadership in Sales, Revenue Enhancement, and Operations. Her active involvement in industry organizations, including her roles on the Board for TALA and participation in the CEO/COO Argentum Round Table and Women in Leadership Argentum, highlights her dedication to the field. “I am excited to join the Harmony family,” Taylor-Roberts stated. “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team as we explore new growth opportunities and continue delivering exceptional service to our residents.”
