The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offers benefits to help Veterans pay for increased senior care. The Aid and Attendance benefit is one of these programs and can provide eligible U.S. Military Veterans and their spouses with over $2,600 in monthly, tax-free income to help cover the costs of their senior care.
