Harmony Senior Services Deploys Weather Preparedness Plan Ahead of Winter Storm

(Charleston, SC) January 23, 2026 – With snow and ice storms predicted to sweep across multiple states this weekend, Harmony Senior Services implemented its Weather Preparedness Plan at all its senior living communities within the storm’s path. 

“The safety and well-being of our residents and associates always come first,” said Traci Taylor-Roberts, CEO of Harmony Senior Services. “Our buildings are prepared, our teams are well-trained, and we remain fully committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and caring home environment for our residents throughout the weather event.” 

As part of the Weather Preparedness Plan, Harmony communities are equipped with large-scale commercial generators to counter power outages and stocked with essential resources such as drinking water, food, medications, and other supplies. Throughout the duration of the storm, community management and care staff will be on-site.  Additionally, Harmony leaders are closely monitoring weather reports and providing continual updates to residents and families through the company’s alert messaging system and social media platforms.
